Can I update or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, there’s a good chance we can make changes or cancel it for you.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

Oh no — we’re truly sorry if that happens.

If your order arrives damaged, please email info@belumy.com with a short description and, if possible, a photo of the issue. We’ll send you a replacement or arrange a full refund — whichever feels right for you.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days, Monday through Saturday.

Once your parcel has been packed and handed to our courier, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey in real time.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — delivery is free on every order, with no minimums or hidden costs.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within Ireland.
